fit feminista ~ fat burn

Hey fab feministas,

So … today, I started my fitness regime which I haven’t actually planned out yet! But, I’m aiming for about 3 days of cardio for 45 mins and 3 days of strength training and maybe a hot yoga class thrown in there for fun.

I’m not really feeling the gym right now, so we’ll see how it goes …

day 1 – off day
day 2 – body rock workout from Zuzana Light (btw – I love this woman – so strong AND sweet!!)

dive bombers 10 reps
Burpees 5 reps
squat leg lift 20 reps
Burpees5 reps
side plank lift 10 reps
Burpees 5 reps
pistol squat 10 reps
3 SETS
